Mouse trails/tracking
If anyone can provide some help. I use jump desktop on my mac to connect to Windows PCs and macs. When I connect to my mac the mouse lags awfully and it is constantly moving behind the cursor it is very distracting. I've attempted to use the "lock mouse cursor" option and it only helps in the slightest. When I connect to Windows the cursor is perfectly locked and it is like I'm sitting directly and that remote PC. I'm currently using the following software versions:
Jump Desktop 8.10.8
Jump Desktop Connect 6.10.33
macOS Sonoma 14.6.1
The PCs that work great without issue are connecting via fluid over the internet and the Macs I connect via fluid on my local network. I've used the "fluid connection stats" to see if there was an issue on my local network but the local connections perform better than the remote PCs.
Any help appreciated.

Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us.
If I may ask, are you connecting to a headless Mac when you encounter the mouse trail issue?
If so, could you please try enabling Virtual Displays to see if that resolves the problem?
Additionally, when the mouse trail issue occurs, is there another user connected to the Mac at the same time?
If so, please try restarting the remote Mac and ensure that no other users are connected.
Let me know if the issue persists afterward.

Thanks for the response. It is a headless mac. No other users connect remotely other than myself. Next time the problem occurs I will try and use the virtual display feature and report back if it is resolved or not. As luck would have it without making any changes or reboots it is working fine at the moment but as usual the issue will reoccur soon.
