Can't Connect from saved connection
My saved connection all of a sudden stopped working. Both the computer I am using and the remote connect computer are Macs.

Regarding this issue, the workaround is to reset the Jump Desktop Connect settings on the remote Mac you are connecting to.
If you have access to the remote Mac, please follow these steps:- Open Jump Desktop Connect on the remote Mac.
- Click the settings/gear icon in the top right corner.
- Select Configuration, then click Reset Settings.
After resetting the settings, restart the remote Mac. Once it restarts, re-add yourself as a remote access user or rejoin the computer to your team.
