When I turn off the desktop monitor, I can't use the jumpdesktop on my iPad.
Hello, I am a user who has been using JumpDesktop since around 2 years ago.
This has happened since this year, and I've been working on my JumpDesktop by connecting it to my desktop on my iPad, and when I turned off my desktop monitor, the screen stopped and I couldn't work anymore on my iPad.
I found the settings that I could see within the JumpDesktop, but I couldn't figure out what the problem was.
I'm not sure what I can give you, but first of all, the iPadOS version is 17.6.1, and the model is iPad Pro 12.9 (5th Gen). Windows on my desktop is Windows 11.

Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us.
When the monitor on the remote machine is turned off, the GPU is not engaged, which is likely causing the issue.
The current workaround to avoid the issue when connecting to a remote machine with the monitor turned off is to enable Virtual Displays.
However, enabling Virtual Displays is not yet supported when connecting from an iOS device.
We are working on adding Virtual Display support for Jump Desktop on iOS in the future. Thanks
