Jump Desktop causing Mac to freeze
Our team has been using Jump Desktop for our editor to remote in and edit with Adobe Premiere on our host computer (Mac Studio 128 GB RAM, M2Ultra). Everything worked fine for 10 months and suddenly it's been causing the system to freeze. It seems to only happen when the remote computer is online (red). I'm stuck in this loop where I restart the computer and it's fine for about 5 seconds - as soon as Jump Desktop launches and shows the remote user is online, it freezes again. The only way I've found to avoid it is that I either take the system offline or delete the Jump Desktop app. Otherwise, if I reinstall the app, it'll do the same thing- recognize the user is online and freeze again. Can anyone help me?
