Minimum Specs for Windows 11 running Jump Desktop
I have a Mac Mini at my home office and occasionally I need to access it remotely. Although I have a 10.2” iPad with Jump Desktop installed, I find the small screen frustrating so I am thinking of getting a cheap entry level Windows 11 laptop to access my Mac Mini. I’m currently looking at a laptop with 4GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Celeron processor and 15” screen. Will that be sufficient?

Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us.
For basic remote access to your Mac Mini using Jump Desktop, the laptop with 4GB of RAM, a 256GB SSD, and a Celeron processor will work for light tasks like file management and simple applications. While the Celeron processor may have limitations with more demanding tasks, this setup should be sufficient for your needs. The 256GB SSD and 15" screen are adequate, making this laptop a practical choice.
Thank you
