    We've released an update on the beta channel (version 9.0.42) with a fix for this issue. Can you please click Jump Desktop -> Check for updates, update and let me know if it fixes the issue?

    Hi Sean,

    Is your home Mac an Intel based Mac? Also, are you connecting using Fluid or VNC?

    There is a known issue with 9.0.40 on Intel based Mac’s when connecting to RDP or VNC connections. We’re working on a fix right now.

    Thanks for you speedy reply.  Yes it is intel based, 2017 iMac.

     

    Im not sure if I am connecting Fluid or VNC, how do I figure that out?  I think I am connecting VNC though. 

    Sounds like I need to uninstall update and go back to previous version. Would you have a link to an earlier version of Jump desktop?

    Yes - that seemed to resolve my issue. Thanks for all the quick responses to resolve my issues.
    I installed version 9.0.43 btw.
