Installed Jump on M1 MacBook Pro and M1 Mac mini, can only connect one direction
Hi there
I installed Jump so that I could access my M1 Mac mini that is connected to my primary external drive remotely from my MacBook Pro (or other devices). My problem is that my MacBook Pro won't recognize my Mac mini within the app, whereas my Mac mini DOES recognize my MacBook Pro and I can connect that way,
Can anyone suggest how to make my MacBook Pro "see" and connect to my Mac mini?
Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated!

Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us.
To allow your MacBook Pro to see the Mac Mini in Jump Desktop, please follow the automatic setup instructions by opening this link on your Mac Mini: https://jumpdesktop.com/go.
The steps on this page will guide you through setting up Jump Desktop on your Mac Mini. After completing the initial configuration, the final steps will show you how to set up Jump Desktop on your MacBook Pro to establish a connection between the two devices.
Let me know how it goes
