I have a question about using keyboard shortcuts when connecting to my MacBook from my iPad using Jump Desktop.
Dear Team,
I wish your company continued success.
The solution you provided for my previous inquiry has been working well, and I sincerely appreciate your support.
However, I have an additional question, and I hope you can assist me once again.
I am using your app on my iPad to remotely connect to my MacBook. Most shortcuts work seamlessly in this setup, but I often use the [command] + [tab] shortcut, which allows me to quickly switch between different Chrome instances or applications. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to achieve the same result when remotely connecting to my MacBook using your app.
Could you advise on how I can effectively use the [command] + [tab] shortcut in this remote setup?
Additionally, I frequently use multiple Spaces on my MacBook, running different applications in each. When working locally, I use the trackpad gesture (swiping left or right) or the [control] + [arrow key] shortcut to switch between them. Could you let me know how I can achieve the same functionality when using your app for remote access?
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards, Indy
