Jump Desktop Resolution Keeps Changing

Hello,

I make a remote desktop connection from my Mac to my Windows11 device using Jump Desktop.

When I don't make this connection, my Windows11 resolution settings change by themselves and go back to their old state.

How can I solve this problem, can you help me?

  Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us.

  To resolve this issue, right-click on your Windows computer's icon in Jump Desktop and select Edit.
  Next, navigate to the Display settings and ensure that the Resolution is set to Same as remote computer.
  This should help prevent the resolution settings on your Windows 11 device from changing unexpectedly.
