Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please confirm if the Windows 10 machine you’re connecting to has a monitor attached and switched on?
Alternatively, I recommend trying our Fluid Remote Desktop protocol.
To switch to Fluid, open Jump Desktop Connect on your Windows 10 machine, click the Settings icon, go to Advanced, and ensure that Fluid Remote Desktop is checked.
Once enabled, a new connection labeled Fluid Remote Desktop will appear under your connection name.
After connecting via Fluid, you can enable a virtual display by clicking on Displays in the toolbar and selecting Virtual Monitor.

    Thanks
