There was a known problem on macOS and iOS when connecting to our cloud service between approximately Dec 29th 12am – Dec 29th 4am EST. For details, please see: https://status.jumpdesktop.com/ (edited: fixed url)

Is there an outage currently? I'm having trouble connecting on multiple clients, even on the same network.
Status shows Online (after a long wait) and signing in and out of the web UI as well as the Windows app takes an unusually long time but eventually succeeds.
Direct Fluid connections work immediately, but anything that requires authentication seems to grind to a halt.

Is there a DNS address for the relay or authentication that I can try pinging or resolving? The windows client flips between logged in and Connecting...Nothing has changed on my network internally, but it could be something off at my ISP.
Connections over cellular seem to work properly.

Are you using NordVPN by any chance?
