    원격 켜놓고 자다가 잠깐 일어났는데 연결이 안되네요
    혹시 몇 시부터 서버가 터진건가요?

    한국시간 기준 오후 2시쯤부터 활성화 안되고 로그인도 계속 안되고 오류났어요 그전까진 잘 사용했었어요

    한국말고도 접속이 안되는거보니까 메인 서버에 이상인 것 같네요
    지금50%할인 이벤트중이라 신규유입이 많은 상황에 문제가 생긴 듯 합니다
    한국은 오후 4시지만 미국은 새벽이기에 아마 빨라도 12시간 내외로 사용을 못할 것 같네요…

    제가 해외여행인터라 트위터 비번을 찾으려도 재대로 안되네요 ㅠ.ㅠ

    There was a known problem on macOS and iOS when connecting to our cloud service between approximately Dec 29th 12am – Dec 29th 4am EST. For details, please see: https://status.jumpdesktop.com/. 

    This issue has been resolved and you should be able to connect. Please let us know if you’re still having trouble connecting.
