Is server down?
I reinstalled the application because it kept disconnecting even though the computer was on, and now I can't even log in to application.

There was a known problem on macOS and iOS when connecting to our cloud service between approximately Dec 29th 12am – Dec 29th 4am EST. For details, please see: https://status.jumpdesktop.com/.
