    Hi,

    There was a known problem on macOS and iOS when connecting to our cloud service between approximately Dec 29th 12am – Dec 29th 4am EST. For details, please see: https://status.jumpdesktop.com/. 

    This issue has been resolved and you should be able to connect. Please let us know if you’re still having trouble connecting.
