    Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us.

    For this issue, could you please enable Jump’s Virtual Display when connecting to the remote machine?
    To enable Virtual Display, connect to your machine and click Displays -> Virtual Monitor.

    I'm at a different workstation today (with a different native monitor resolution), but it does appear to be working properly.  I'll report back when I get back to my other work station in a few days.
