Can't printing
I have MacOS Sequoia, on the previous version I could print from a remote server, now the application does not see printers. I am attaching a screenshot
on mac I can see all printers
on jump i don't see

For this issue, kindly try this workaround:- Download and install the Jump Desktop Legacy Printer Driver on the HOST Windows machine from this link: https://support.jumpdesktop.com/hc/en-us/article_attachments/209957043
- If you're connecting from an Apple Silicon-based Mac (this does not need to be done for Intel-based Macs), follow these steps: Quit Jump Desktop, then launch it using Rosetta. Right-click the Jump Desktop app icon, and make sure the 'Open in Rosetta' option is checked (refer to the attached screenshot).
- Try to connect. If successful, you should see a printer named “Jump Desktop Printer (Legacy)” that you can use for printing.
We cannot guarantee how long this workaround will remain supported.
