Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us.

Are you connecting to a Windows computer from your iPad?
If yes, and you’re experiencing a very bright screen on your iPad during the connection, you can resolve this issue by disabling HDR on the Windows computer.

    Thanks

No, I am connecting from one Windows computer to another.    Yes, I know I can turn off HDR on the host computer - however that's not a very good solution.   For example, when connecting with RDP (rather than Fluid), it is not necessary to change the host's setting - it works correctly and adjust properly on the client side.

The issue is really the Fluid protocol/client not handling HDR.   You will increasingly have this issue since HDR is becoming the norm in displays.
