Hello,

Is there a rough timeline for when Jump Desktop 9.x will come to the App Store for macOS? It seems like it's been quite a while since the initial release. If not, can the App Store license be converted to a direct one?

  Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us.

  Our team is actively working on releasing Jump Desktop 9.x to the Mac App Store. While we don’t have a specific timeline to share just yet, rest assured that this is a priority, and we are working to make it available as soon as possible.

  Regarding your App Store license, licenses purchased through the App Store cannot be converted to a web store license.
  However, once the update is available, you’ll be able to download it directly from the Mac App Store.
