Jump Desktop connect to Raspberry Pi VNC (wayvnc)

Just FYI, I could get Jump Desktop VNC to work with the new VNC (wayvnc) in RaspberryPi OS 
Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm), Linux 6.6.74+rpt-rpi-2712
with a quick-fix (OK, not secure but working in my local network)

Enable VNC via sudo raspi-config -> Interface Option -VNC

Edit the file /etc/wayvnc/config and change 
enable_auth=true into enable_auth=false

reboot

Set in Jump Desktop
Address: Host ip:5900
Auto Logon: Username and Password 

Get connected 😉

  Dude! Thank you so much for your post. Your instructions were spot-on. Fixed my problem.

  Agree about the security issue but on a home network that you control what devices connect to it IMO it's safe.

  Again, thank you for your fix.
