I have both Mac and Windows. I love the Mac client, it has the retina resolution and all the features, but the windows version desktop is like 3rd world citizen, got nothing.

    Hi,

Aside from Retina mode, are there any other features you feel are missing?
We completely agree that the UI could use some improvements, and we’re already working on making it better.

    Thanks

    on Mac,

    1. I can open the RDP as a tab.

    2. I can map the local drive

Also on Windows you can't zoom in. I don't understand why this is still an issue. Trying to remote in to my 4k desktop from my 10" 2k portable is hilariously impractical, but fine on my iPhone 13 Mini because that allows me to zoom in.

I'd deliver this same criticism to the iPadOS and iOS clients. You can always tell when the developer of an Apple app does not actually use an Apple device as their daily driver.

    Jump Desktop Support

All fair criticism. We’re working on making the Windows app better.

However for the iOS app can to be more specific please? It’ll help us concentrate on what matters. Jump iOS actually is quite advanced - it supports things like multi windowing, multiple simultaneous connections, full external monitor support (not just mirroring) and very soon virtual displays

    Thanks.
