Static image with no ability to input when connected to Linux

Hi team,

I have recently purchased Jump Desktop on iOS as I want to stream my Linux desktop to my iPad. My Linux skills are not great, but I have managed to install and run tightvncserver on my host Linux box which then allowed me to get a connection from my iPad via the IP address and port 5901. This is great, but instead of seeing what is on my screen as I look at it now, I see part of a static image that is the same one that briefly appears when I start my system (a big NVIDIA logo). I cannot interact with the screen via taps (simulating clicks) or any keyboard inputs. I did I have two separate passwords as tightvncserver allows for both full and view-only access, but both have the same problem. I have also tried with my iPhone, same issue.

Possibly an issue could be that my Linux is operating on a NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin dev box, but im not sure why that would be an issue. Specs are: AGX Orin running Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS (Focal Fossa) and iPad Air 5th Gen with iPadOS 17.6.1, iPhone 11 Pro iOS 18.3.2.

  I have submitted a support request, though please note I left the host machine option blank as it did not have an option for Linux.
