Windows client dropping connection
I am running JumpDesktop on my Windows 11 Pro desktop, and using it to access my Mac Mini M4 which is running Sequoia 15.1. The setup has been working fine for months, but it just started dropping its connection (I get the "Reconnecting..." spinny) every few minutes or so. I've checked the diagnostic logs, but all I see are periodic flurries of "ERROR [rtc.setdisp.dt] Could not get service port".
Two things that have changed recently:
- I updated my windows machine to Windows 11
- I changed to a new WiFi network
Do we know if either of these require any updates to JumpDesktop?
Is there any way I can get more detailed information about why the connection is dropping?
