I'm in the same boat.  Did anyone ever figure this out?

Trying to connect to Ubuntu 22.04. Enabled Remote Desktop in Settings. I see gnome-remote-desktop is running and it is listening on port 3389 (netstat). I did set up my password in Remote Desktop. Created RDP session in JumpDesktop Version 8.9.16 (80916). When I try to connect, I get a logging screen where I provide a username and password. The session windows just quit on connect.

    hi @rigebis,

    Did you solve the issue?

Im trying to connect ubuntu desktop 24.04. After input username and password, the session windows quit too.

And it works with Thincast Remote Desktop Client. But i'd like Jump Desktop.
