Trouble connecting on iPad. Works when on wifi but not on cell data

works on wifi connection in office. Soon as I leave office or turn off wifi and use normal cell data does not work. Verified I can surf net on cell data.

  Not an app issue
  You need to set up port forwarding on your router. Talk to I.T. Administration.
