Phantom held being held when connecting from any device to Windows 10

I've been using Jump to connect to my PC for a few years but recently I've been running into an issue where a key that functions like the up arrow is held and inputed to every application many times a second. On any web page, for example, it constantly scrolls the page to the top. The only fix is to reboot and Jump will work fine for a few hours before the key gets stuck again. 

When I go to this website, http://unixpapa.com/js/testkey.html, it tells me the key Jump is pressing has the javascript keycode: 33. Even though it seems to function like the up arrow, the javascript key code for the up arrow is 37. So I'm not exactly sure what key could be getting inputed over and over again.

I've seen the same behavior when connecting from Windows, OSX, and iOS. It seems any of these clients can randomly trigger the bug and switching clients does not fix it once it's started.
