Connected Highlighting in List View

First, as always, credit were credit is due: Awesome product. I have been using it for many years and would be kinda lost without it. 

Anyway, I have of dozens and dozens of connections. However, I usually only have 2-4 of those open at any given time. My feature request(s) would be:

1. All Connections with a Status of "Connected" have a highlighted background. (Controllable in preferences? or via a button up at the top?) - List View & Entire Row

2. A button to disconnect all.

Hopefully #1 wont violate some Apple UI thing... but... And I know you can sort on status... but i like my list the way it is :). 

I know I can just close Jump.. and it will disconnect, but sometimes (ok a lot of times) I try to conform to less drastic cutoffs, or I just want to close all, and open 1 connection to reset my work.

Anyway, nothing major, just a would be nice if...
