App license is not active after I purchased
I purchased this app on 3/5 on Internet. But license has not been active. I already sent several emails to you guys but I just got a mail that ask me to attach receipt and after that no answer until now. what is going on this service jump desktop. I PAID BUY I CAN NOT USE APP AND CAN NOT GET ANSWER
