Jump Desktop Identity???
Once I have download and installed jump desktop from App Store it is asking “Jump Desktop wants to use your confidential information stored in ‘Jump Desktop Identity’ in your keychain”. I have been given no other password so very confused. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and it still does this. Please help!

Hi,
You need to enter your local Mac’s password in this prompt. This is the same password you use to log into your local Mac when you turn it on. Also please make sure you click ‘Always Allow’ after you enter your password.
More info: This is your local Mac promoting you to enter your password so that Jump can access the tokens it’s stored in your Mac’s confidential storage area (Keychain). Jump stores sensitive data in the keychain - things like authorization tokens and saved computer passwords.
Let me know if this helps.
