Thinking about switching from TeamViewer Quick Support

Hi all

 

I'm interested in switching from Teamviewer.

I run a small computer support business and contact to many of my customer remotely using TeamViewer Quick Support.

This is easy for me to leave on their PC's/Mac's and only connects when they decide to start it. It gives them the peace of mind that when it's closed I can no longer access their data.

 

Does DS have a similar option? If so were can I download it to test it?

  Updated: We've release collaborative screen sharing which lets you ask users for permission before connecting.
