Can not connect using Fluid
Hello,
I have two window 10 PCs, one is at home and the other is at office, and I'm trying to control those PCs with my mac and IPAD Pro.
So I installed jump desktop connect to PCs and try to connect using jump desktop apps in mac and IPAD.
But when I'm in my office, I just can connect to PC in office, can't connect the PC in my home.
Vice versa is same, I'm in home I only can connect to PC in home.
I'm using fluid mode, so in guide, I don't need to do any port forwarding or other firewall operation, in my understanding.
When I'm in office, I can see the home PC in jump desktop app, but I try to connect to that, several mins later, it say that PC is not in online.
Most wired thing is, it was work when I was install it in 1 week ago, but 3 days ago, it suddenly disconnected and never can connect again.
I re-install all things(including jumdesktop connect to PCs, apps in mac and IPAD), rebooting all devices including my AP(ASUS AC) ...
Thanks
Chris

Information on this post: We're working with Chris to figure this one out via a private ticket.
Just a FYP: Port forwarding is not required when you're using automatic connections - it should just simply work - something is obviously wrong here and we're trying to track it down with Chris's help.

This might be caused by a bad Windows update. Please take a look at this help article for more information: https://support.jumpdesktop.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007293332-Windows-Can-not-connect-to-machines-after-installing-Windows-Updates-on-July-10th-2018
