Wallpaper disappears

Hi we are using jump desktop as an RDP client from the macbook pro.  We have checked the box in performance to select show wallpaper.  When the user logs into the RDP session the wallpaper is there.  When the user selects the jump desktop window in mac to be full screen the wallpaper disappears.  The windows RDP session is Server 2016.

 

Any ideas why this happens?

  Thats a strange one! We can't seem to reproduce this on our side. What happens if the user starts the session in fullscreen? Right click the computer's icon in Jump and Edit -> Display -> Fullscreen on current display.

  Long shot: Does the server have wallpaper disabled in GPO: https://superuser.com/questions/674024/how-to-enable-desktop-background-on-a-remote-computer ? Though I wouldn't expect the wallpaper to show initially if it was disabled.
