    Thats a strange one! We can't seem to reproduce this on our side. What happens if the user starts the session in fullscreen? Right click the computer's icon in Jump and Edit -> Display -> Fullscreen on current display.

    Long shot: Does the server have wallpaper disabled in GPO: https://superuser.com/questions/674024/how-to-enable-desktop-background-on-a-remote-computer ? Though I wouldn't expect the wallpaper to show initially if it was disabled.
