    Hi folks,

This might be caused by a bad Windows update. Please take a look at this help article: https://support.jumpdesktop.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007293332-Windows-Can-not-connect-to-machines-after-installing-Windows-Updates-on-July-10th-2018

Me too.  Started several days ago.  I only connect to PC from Mac. Have not tried other devices but I don't use jump desktop on other devices.  Going insane trying to fix and waiting for customer support to review my files.

I've had this same issue twice now since buying the app. The only way I was able to get around the problem was to completely uninstall and reinstall on my pc, which is obviously an issue since I'm not physically with my pc when I'm trying to access it remotely... Is there a fix please?
