Can not connect with Fluid after latest Windows Update
AnsweredI've been using Jump for years from my office to connect to my PC"s at home without issues. Two days I ago I applied the latest major Windows update (April's I believe) to my home PC running Windows 10 and can no longer connect. I can connect fine to another PC running Windows 7. I've tried connecting from my desktop, Ipad and Surface Pro but just get a black screen with a spinning cursor. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling and rerunning setup on both PC's but nothing has changed. I was connecting fine earlier the same day as the update so I'm wondering if this latest one broke something.

Eric: It might be related to the Windows Update. Please take a look at this help article and apply the Windows 10 update: https://support.jumpdesktop.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007293332
Let me know if it helps.
