Black screen on remote machines
This has been ongoing for years but as of Sep 12 2018 latest builds of W10 and Jump I still get occasional black screen on the remote side. I "believe" it may been when accessing via the android app as I'll login with the app and then leave the app a few minutes...it may be running in the background possibly. The result is several machines, in my case running video 24/7, will then give a black screen at random times throughout the year.
PLEASE FIND THIS BUG :-)
It's "fixed" by logging back in with the app...suddenly the picture re-appears.
