can you change the settings to allow you to access with out giving permission each time?

  Hi,

  Yes you can do this. When you attempt the connection, you will be prompers for ‘Windows Credentials’ or ‘Mac Credentials’. Simply enter the username and password of a user account on the remote machine - you’ll automatically connect to that user account.
