Mac App Store version crashing on load
Version 8.1.6 running on Mojave is suddenly crashing on each load. Is this a known issue? Any remedies?

Sorry about this: Can you open up iTunes and make sure you're logged into the iTunes account you purchased the app with? Usually that fixes Mac App Store induced start-on-crash issues.
If the above doesn't work can you please grab a copy of the crash report and email it to us: support@jumpdesktop.com . It should have more info on why it's crashing.
