Citrix X1 mouse issue

    Hi Kevin,

    Are you connecting to Windows or Mac? Are you connect to a 'headless machine' - i.e. a machine that does not have display attached to it?

    I am connecting to Windows. It has monitor attached working at resolution of 2560x1440

    Its very strange. Both mouse cursors lined up only in the upper left corner of the screen. Elsewhere they are separated. Very distracting and may the application unuseful. Please find a fix?!

    Kevin, thats strange. That shouldn't happen if you have a monitor attached. Can you please send us a short video of the problem (maybe using your phone)? Send it over to: support@jumpdesktop.com
