Screen goes black and says "connecting" frequently

    HI - you're using an old version of Jump Desktop from the App Store. I believe we addressed an issue with Mojave that you're hitting. Can you please update to the latest version: 8.1.6? Open up the 'App Store' and update.

    We deployed this using JAMF using the Apple Volume Purchase Program and the iTunes URL in JAMF is different than the current Jump Desktop app so I may simply need to update that URL from the old wording of the title to the new wording.

    Hopefully now that we've corrected that I'll get the latest version during the next update cycle.
