Screen goes black and says "connecting" frequently
AnsweredEver since upgrading to Mojave, when I connect to Windows computers through Jump Desktop for MacOS the connection goes through as it always does (although it feels like it takes a little longer to connect) and the moment I click outside the window the screen goes black and shows the "connecting" window again. It sometimes takes a few clicks inside the guest OS to show the screen again, but in the meantime my "wake up clicks" actually get registered on the remote system, so I wind up clicking on things.
I've stopped clicking and simply wait longer for the screen to come back, but it makes it very time consuming to remote into a server and go back and forth between local and remote apps.
If I get super entitled and stop waiting for it to connect and go back to another window the remote desktop usually shows up, but once I click the window again it blacks out and says "connecting".
My only option is to wait for it to finish connecting and not do any other work on my local computer if I can help it.
I've also purchased the iOS app and it is often faster to connect on my iPad Pro than on my MacBook Pro. Unfortunately this means copy/paste/mouse aren't the same awesome experience.
Is this a weird Mojave security feature I need to configure?
I'm on MacOS 10.14.2 with Jump Desktop 7.0.4 from the app store.

Thanks!
We deployed this using JAMF using the Apple Volume Purchase Program and the iTunes URL in JAMF is different than the current Jump Desktop app so I may simply need to update that URL from the old wording of the title to the new wording.
Hopefully now that we've corrected that I'll get the latest version during the next update cycle.
