Black screen on multiple remote machines persists. Yes, let's just keep ignoring it.
There's a lot to like about Jump desktop, but there's a persistent problem that forces me to other software. I asked this question months ago and it was ignored.
I have dozens of remote machines, all windows 10 that I manage on a daily basis. When using Jump desktop, about 5% of the time, which is substantial, the remote screen will go black after I log out. There's sound, but a black screen. This is a problem because they are in place to simply loop video at kiosks and I have no way of knowing their black screened until someone calls. The fix is easy enough as all i have to do is login again and bam, the picture reappears.
This seems to happen whether I use the desktop client or android. It happens on multiple remote machines and this isn't an issue with other remote software so it's not a problem on my side in that regard.
I find jump very easy to use on my phone and at a glance I can see what's online or offline, which is great, so it's frustrating not being able to use it more often.
Also, to this day on new installs, the android app crashes when attempting to login into new machines about for about a third of the machines it installed on. This was claimed to be fixed, but it's still an issue.
All the machines are W10 x64
Would just like ANY info so I can move off it completely or get it sorted and have the best experience.

Hi,
I'm really sorry you're having trouble with Jump + Fluid. It should be super reliable (which obviously in your case it isn't). Can you please send us an email: support@jumpdesktop.com - we'll get a developer on the phone with you to see why you're hitting the black screen problem.
