iPad Smart Keyboard keys held down

Hi, 

I was wondering if there was a way to make have the iOS app notice a key on the keyboard as being held down other than the arrow keys?

  Why do you want that feature? I mean, is that necessary?

  It's a bug in iOS. Even when "key repeat" is turned on in accessibility options most keys don't repeat. Only a few like backspace and space will repeat. File a bug in the feedback assistant on iOS or MacOS to tell Apple you want it fixed. I already filed one, id FB7287987. This is a super annoying bug from Apple. It means that you can't navigate in 3d keyboard based apps like games.
