Citrix Mouse not working on iPad

    That should have worked. Can you please unpair the mouse completely from the iPad and then re-pair it again?

    I had a similar problem.


    Go into bluetooth settings on your Ipad. Now check for the Citrix Mouse and click on the round blue i button beside the connection. There you can ignore the device. So go ahead and ignore it. Now take out the batteries of your mouse and put them back in and reconnect. 

    This should do the trick. 

    If not reinstall Jump on the Ipad
