Citrix Mouse not working on iPad
I can pair the Citrix mouse with iPad (i see Connected) but I cannot use the mouse on jump desktop. When i try to connect by hand from within jump desktop Settings i just get "Connecting..." But mouse is not found.
I have tried with RDP and Fluid modes with same outcome.
Am i forgetting anything?

I had a similar problem.
Go into bluetooth settings on your Ipad. Now check for the Citrix Mouse and click on the round blue i button beside the connection. There you can ignore the device. So go ahead and ignore it. Now take out the batteries of your mouse and put them back in and reconnect.
This should do the trick.
If not reinstall Jump on the Ipad
