I'm using window 10, I have a windows login that everytime i turn on my pc i need to type a password to login to my window, however when I type the same user and password it doesn't connect .. why ?

  How are you connecting? If you are connecting using Jump desktop fluid that username password is different  but if you are connecting RDP via VPN it will be exactly the same.
