install problem with O.S Sierra High key support

Hi system support Jumpdesktop !

I have some problem with access key Jumpdesktop , first time i've installed in previus O.S and I've encoutered no problem.

I've changed O.S. with High Sierra but now i can't use Jumpdesktop because this key access are different so i tried to do login with same password access O.S. but different username.

I've tried to do this command in consol terminal system  "whoamy " to find right username but i  have no resolved my problem because now in can't insert in login panel the username only password.

Now i cancelled all key Jumpdesktop in system key access and i've reinstalled application ,  i start application without insert password in  login  panel but now i can't connection my client with host, i've tried to insert in add client configuration ip address  and port but doesn't work !
