    Hi Christian,

Sorry you're having trouble with multi-mon. We're actually pushing out a new update right now that might fix the issue. On the problematic Windows 10 machine, can you please open up 'Jump Desktop Connect' -> Settings -> Diagnostics and make sure you're running 6.2.27? Then try connecting to the remote computer one more time and let me know if you can reproduce the issue?

    Thanks.

Christian - thanks for trying this out:

    1. Does it start work when you switch to 'All Displays'?

    2. Can you tell me a little more about what kind of graphics adapter you have on the Windows 10 machine?

    hello..

I have an NVIDIA Quadro M2000M

and on board Intel HD Graphics P530

But i wanted to reiterate that this worked before. Did your team update Jump Desktop Connect?

When i switch to All Displays, everything is selectable.

also.. only the Main display works... so if I make the second display my main display, it will work while my first display will not.

I think it might be something in my settings?

I figured it out.. One display was running the intel gfx card, while the other was running the nvidia one.. i force both to run nvidia and all is good now.

    THank you!

@Christian - can you please tell me a little more about this? We'd like to reproduce this on our end: How did you force the other display to run on the NVidia card? Did you just plug it into the Nvidia card's port?

    Hello,

i basically disabled the other graphics card.

Then I restarted my computer. But it was still using a generic graphics card on the other screen.

So to force it to use the NVIDIA Graphics Card, I went into the bios and made disabled multi-display.

That’s it.. but i am now having another problem.. I can Remote Desktop login through RDP, however when i use Fluid, i can only login in if someone moves the mouse.. same problem as before..

@Christian - any luck with the latest update? Users have reported success with this release. Here's what you should install on the remote computer (note - we've bumped up the version number): https://jumpdesktop.com/downloads/connect/JumpDesktopConnect-6.2.30.0.exe
