Dual Monitor and Logging in issues.
Hello,
A while back, a member posted an issue with Dual Monitor switching.
Here is what he wrote..
I am connecting from one Windows 10 1809 machine to another. My host machine has dual monitors and my remote machine has triple monitors. Once I am connected to the triple monitor machine, I can view the primary screen, which is Display 2, and I am able to work within that screen. Once I switch to Display 1, the screen still shows Display 2 but the mouse and keyboard has no effect to the machine. When I switch to Display 3, the correct screen is shown but the mouse and keyboard has no effect to the computer. If I select all displays, I am able to use the mouse and keyboard in all 3 displays.
I have to machines I connect to that have triple monitors. I see this issue when connecting to both machines. I also tried connecting between the two machines with triple monitors and I still get the same results.
Is this a setting issue I am over looking or a problem woth Jump Desktop?
I am having the same issue however, I think mine is even worse. When i first installed Jump Desktop, everything worked fine. Then I had to reformat my computer due to other issues. Once this was one and i installe Jump Desktop, I started having switching between monitor issues.
I am using fluid and on top of this issue, I can't login to my computer remotely (through fluid) Unless my wife move the mouse.. then somehow, the computer wakes up..
I have set my computer to also never sleep.. .but this issue is still occuring.
Please help me.. we paid for this.. we expect to have good support..
PS. I have two other computer that have no issues with switching between screens or even logging in..
thanks,
Christian

Hi Christian,
Sorry you're having trouble with multi-mon. We're actually pushing out a new update right now that might fix the issue. On the problematic Windows 10 machine, can you please open up 'Jump Desktop Connect' -> Settings -> Diagnostics and make sure you're running 6.2.27? Then try connecting to the remote computer one more time and let me know if you can reproduce the issue?
Thanks.

Hello,
i basically disabled the other graphics card.
Then I restarted my computer. But it was still using a generic graphics card on the other screen.
So to force it to use the NVIDIA Graphics Card, I went into the bios and made disabled multi-display.
That’s it.. but i am now having another problem.. I can Remote Desktop login through RDP, however when i use Fluid, i can only login in if someone moves the mouse.. same problem as before..

Hi Christian,
We may have a fix for this. Can you please install this version of Jump Desktop Connect on your machine: https://jumpdesktop.com/downloads/connect/JumpDesktopConnect-6.2.29.0.exe
Please do let me know if you see an improvement.

@Christian - any luck with the latest update? Users have reported success with this release. Here's what you should install on the remote computer (note - we've bumped up the version number): https://jumpdesktop.com/downloads/connect/JumpDesktopConnect-6.2.30.0.exe
