jumpdesktopconnect.msi not found

I am trying to uninstall jumpdesktopconnect from a Windows machine and it keeps telling me that it cannot find the msi. I looked everywhere in the device and cannot find it anywhere. How do I get passed this issue?

  I'm having the same problem. Jump Desktop connect 6.2 will not initialize. I've tried to uninstall it and get the error about jumpdesktopconnect.msi not found... Then I've tried simply installing from the recent dowloader, but I get the same error.
