Issue with Black SCreen

Hello,

i am not sure what i paid money fro.. 

Once i downloaded this application it started working then immediately after the first update, it has been nothing but issues. 

Now i get a black screen every time i try to connect to jump from my iPad 10.

What is going on? What is the fix?
