Add Graphics Pipeline Extension(AVC420/AVC444) Support

Jump performs very well in many aspects. But when I rdp to my computer on iPad,the desktop will render block by block(Same to https://support.jumpdesktop.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360019720831-Jump-Desktop-Rendering-Block-By-Block ).While the Microsoft RD Client performs smoothly.

I tried FreeRDP on my Windows and toggle flag /gfx.The behave is same to Jump as well as Microsoft RD Client.

So I wonder will Graphics Pipeline Extension(AVC420/AVC444) be supported?
