Option Key Not working On remote Computer

Hi,

I am using jump on Mac Mohave to control Mac Sierra computer with Jump.

In many situations, I might hold down the option key to try to do something and the option key seems to have no effect.

For example on the desktop I should be able to Control click on a finder folder and then release control and then just click the option key which should allow me to open the folder in another tab versus another window. This works on the local Mac but does not work on the remote through jump.

Btw: the remote computer is set up the same as the local as far as opening new windows or tabs.

This is just one example but there are others where the option key seems to have no effect through jump.

Question: is there a way to get the option key working through jump Desktop?

  Not sure on a Mac, but on a PC, under the "Remote" menu when you are connected is an option override that command. On the PC it's "Windows Shortcuts"

  Same problem here. Two years now using Jump on PC to access a mac machine, and working with the same issue mapping keys. Now I can't use the windows key as Command key. In other situations the shift key won't work.
