Select a specific network card on which to host connection, for multi-homed PCs

My Windows host computer has 2 network adapters, one flaky slow wireless, and one ethernet hardwired connection. Confirming to Murphy's law, the Jump Windows host software invariably chooses the slow, flaky, unreliable wireless connection to advertise my computer on.

Is there a configuration setting that I am not seeing, where I can make the host computer "blind" to my wireless network adapter, and only host itself on the fast ethernet adapter? How is that choice made internally? Is there perhaps a registry setting where I can configure a preference for one adapter over the other?

There should be some advanced settings to configure that...
