Error Code 2 Suberrror 0

Hi. I keep getting this error when trying to connect from MacOSx Yosemite (Jump 8.3.11) to MacOSx El Capitan (Jump 8.3.11). Is this due to the OSx being different? Please help on how to resolved this error. The Yosemite computer is older and a work computer and most likely not going to be upgradable.

  Hi,

  that's a problem on server side in the cloud, you  have to wait until Jump-Support fixed that.

  Giving the fact that many users are affected, they notice this issue quire quick:-)
