Virtual graphics adapter

Hi, does Jump Desktop create a virtual graphics adapter like Windows Remote Desktop? I‘m planning on using Jump Desktop on a Windows 10 PC that I mainly use as a Plex Server. Using Microsoft‘s own Remote Desktop client would have been enough for me, but the graphics adapter it creates is causing issues with hardware accelerated transcoding.
